Heart & Soul Fest is back for 2026 – bigger, bolder, and better than ever. Across two epic days we’re bringing the North East together for a celebration of endurance, fitness, music, and community.

Weekend Flow

• Friday: Registration opens, arena launches, Heart Break Lake 24hr race begins.

• Saturday: Full festival programme, Heart Break Lake 12hr & 4hr races, HSR Hybrid, wellness sessions, food, vendors, music, and the afterparty.
