Hit the reset button with a day of movement, recovery, and community at the stunning Charlton Hall Estate.

Kick off the morning with 5K & 10K trail runs (starting just after 9am) — arrive early to test out the latest Scott Sports trail shoes with a free demo. Stay fuelled and hydrated with electrolytes from Puresport available throughout the day.

After the run, join Josie Baxter for yoga in the tipi at 10:30am, then relax and recharge in our saunas and ice baths (don’t forget your trunks and dry robes!). Coffee, smoothies, and fresh food will be served all day.
