The North East’s Ultimate Gym Battle

Welcome to Project 180 – Heart & Soul Racing brings back the challenge!
This is not your everyday comp. It’s a 3-hour endurance mission designed to test strength, grit and teamwork under pressure.

• Format: Teams of 5 athletes MUST have at least 2 Females per team 

• Disciplines: BikeErg + running, rotating throughout the event

• Duration: 180 minutes – nonstop effort, nonstop strategy

• Objective: Outlast, out-work, and out-think the opposition

• Date: Saturday 7th November 2026

• Location: Charlton Hall Estate, Alnwick

Only a handful of the North East’s toughest gyms have been invited.
The question is simple: who has the firepower to dominate the battlefield and take the title of the fittest team in the North?

Expect big crowds, live DJ sets, festival atmosphere, food, drink and the kind of energy Heart & Soul Racing is known for.
