The entire team were SO helpful and friendly.
They let me work in the cabin / bar space without hesitation, helped me with the WiFi situation and helped put up my gazebo - 5* service!
The facilities were good.
The medal is strong.
The hot chocolate and food vans were great.
The atmosphere they created was second to none - the tunes kept playing, the announcements kept coming, the humour was high, the chafing was low!
The electronic wrist band worked a treat.
The route was incredibly well marked. I didn't enjoy about half of it but that's because I'm useless at trail running, particularly in the dark, and the recent heavy rain didn't help. That's on me, not on them.
Their photographer, Chloe, popped up everywhere with the most epic amount of enthusiasm I've ever seen in an event photographer.
To the chap who kept the fire going in the cabin overnight to keep us DNFers warm, I salute you!

My first BYU and I’m hooked! Loved the whole vibe, the people, the event format. I’ll be back.

Atmosphere was outstanding from race directors and other competetiors. The food sold on the Friday was decent saturday wasn't the best.
